We have only been open for a number of months so to get this award so early on is testament to the hard work of our front of house team, the chefs in the kitchen and of course my wife Ellen.
“The night at the Guidhall was fantastic. It was great to get so much talent in the one room so to be a part of this was fantastic.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank my wife Ellen, our team for their hard work and dedication and very importantly, everyone who comes through our doors from families, groups of friends, corporate groups. We will strive to continue to provide the best service possible and use the finest ingredients to ensure your dining experience at Chapter V Restaurant in Moy fulfils your expectations.”
